Order Cancellation Policy

Our products are sold as one-time purchases. Please request cancellation within 15 minutes of placing your order. To make a request, email rossroyinternational@gmail.com, call (253) 237-2380, or use the pink live chat button on our online store. Please include your order number.

We’ll review your request and confirm whether the order can still be canceled. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible. If you have received your order, please see our Return and Refund Policy for return eligibility and instructions.
