  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

    To start a return, email us at rossroyinternational@gmail.com, call (253) 237-2380, or use the pink live chat button on any page of our online store. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 4004 NE 4th St Suite 107-325, Renton, WA 98056, United States.

    If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a FREE return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues
    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    Exceptions / non-returnable items
    Items that have been used, are dirty, or are missing their original tags are not eligible for return or refund.  If you have questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

    Exchanges
    The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

     

    Refunds

    We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at rossroyinternational@gmail.com.

    Return requests for purchases made on rossroystore.com are accepted within 30 days after delivery. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when available. If you no longer have access to that payment method, please contact your bank or contact us for assistance.
  • Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its
    original condition at the time of purchase, in the original  packaging with
    original tags and tickets attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the
    merchandise has been used or worn.

  • Merchandise may be returned or exchanged by mail via UPS or insured USPS (to the
    address below). Your name and address must be clearly visible on the outside
    of the box (packages will not be accepted without a return name and address).
    Allow 1-2 weeks for processing.
